Python Job: Data Scientist (M-F)

Since 1960, Robert Bosch, SA, the first company of the Bosch Group in Portugal, is dedicated to the provision of different central services associated to different business areas, namely accounting, purchasing, communication, IT and industrial consulting, engineering project management, human resources, marketing and training.

Bosch is looking for a Data Scientist to join our team in Lisbon. The ideal candidate will be responsible for working on a major digitization and automation project, using their skills in data analysis and machine learning.

Mandatory Requirements:

• Education in Computer Science, Data Science, Mechanical Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field
• General understanding of Data Science;
• Experience in Python and Pyspark for data analysis and manipulation;
• Knowledge in data visualization using tools such as Tableau, PowerBI or similar;
• Experience in Machine Learning and Deep Learning, including libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch and Scikit-Learn;
• Experience working with Azure ML, Databricks and/or Colab;
• Experience and preference for working in an agile framework
• Self-organized
• Fluency in English (at least B2)

Desirable Requirements:

• Knowledge in Azure solutions;
• Knowledge in Semantic Stack, including ontologies, RDF and SPARQL;
• Experience in Hadoop;
• Knowledge in Scala;
• Knowledge in Powertrain Systems;
• Experience working with Docker;
• Knowledge in Anomaly Detection;
• Knowledge in MLOps.
